CONSOR is a North American transportation and water resources engineering firm providing services including planning and design, structural assessment, and construction services. Terms of the transaction are not being disclosed. Senior debt financing was provided by a consortium led by CIBC, and legal counsel was provided to CONSOR by Honigman LLP. Structural Grace was advised in this transaction by Morrissey Goodale LLC.
