Keystone's founders acquired a niche business services company and ran it as day-to-day management. They grew the business dramatically through organic growth and accretive acquisitions and merged it into a public company.
These entrepreneurial roots created what Keystone is today. We invest in market leading companies in close partnership with management and thoughtfully scale them.
We had a 25+ year history of investing in businesses using capital entirely within the four walls of Keystone. We take incredible pride and feel a deep sense of responsibility for each investment.
In 2021, we welcomed external investors and have since raised two funds totaling over $1 billion in commitments. Keystone’s employees continue to be the largest investor in both funds.
