Gillson Sciences Completes Acquisition of SanAir
Keystone Capital Management, L.P. (“Keystone”) is pleased to announce that its portfolio company Gillson Sciences, LLC (“Gillson Sciences” or the “Company”), a provider of laboratory testing, monitoring and advisory solutions, has completed the acquisition of SanAir Technologies Laboratory, Inc. (“SanAir”), an accredited environmental and industrial hygiene analytical testing laboratory headquartered in Richmond, Virginia with additional locations in Cincinnati, Ohio and Syracuse, New York (www.sanair.com). SanAir works with clients to identify potential contaminants and ensure environmental safety and regulatory compliance. The addition of SanAir expands Gillson Sciences’ service offering into environmental and industrial end markets.
