Keystone Capital Announces partnership with Chartwell Financial Advisory

Keystone Capital Management, L.P. (“Keystone”) is pleased to announce it has completed an investment partnership with Chartwell Financial Advisory, Inc. (“Chartwell” or the “Company”), a premier provider of valuation, consulting, and corporate finance advisory services. Chartwell has extensive expertise advising business owners, boards, and management teams on ownership transition, capital optimization, and financial sustainability, with an emphasis on employee ownership. As part of this partnership, Chartwell’s management shareholders will retain a significant ownership interest in the Company and continue to lead Chartwell going forward.

Terms of the transaction are not being disclosed. Senior debt financing was provided by TPB Twin Brook and legal counsel was provided to Keystone by DLA Piper LLP.
