Chartwell Financial Advisory Welcomes Stephanie Trunzo to its Board of Directors

(“Keystone”) and Chartwell Financial Advisory (“Chartwell”) are pleased to announce that Stephanie Trunzo has joined its Board of Directors. In her new role, she will work closely with both the Chartwell and Keystone teams on strategic initiatives, as well as provide support in evaluating new investment opportunities across her areas of expertise.

Stephanie brings extensive leadership experience in technology, digital transformation, and marketing services. She is currently the CEO of MERGE, a marketing and technology services firm.  Previously, Stephanie served as a Senior Vice President and General Manager of Oracle Industries, where she launched the Oracle Health global business unit and oversaw the strategic acquisition of Cerner, enhancing digital capabilities for healthcare systems. Her prior roles also included executive positions at IBM and President & COO at PointSource.

Gillson Sciences Completes Acquisition of SanAir

(“Keystone”) is pleased to announce that its portfolio company Gillson Sciences, LLC (“Gillson Sciences” or the “Company”), a provider of laboratory testing, monitoring and advisory solutions, has completed the acquisition of SanAir Technologies Laboratory, Inc. (“SanAir”), an accredited environmental and industrial hygiene analytical testing laboratory headquartered in Richmond, Virginia with additional locations in Cincinnati, Ohio and Syracuse, New York (www.sanair.com). SanAir works with clients to identify potential contaminants and ensure environmental safety and regulatory compliance. The addition of SanAir expands Gillson Sciences’ service offering into environmental and industrial end markets.

Matt DeLong has recently been promoted to Managing Director after joining Keystone Capital as a Principal in 2024.  Matt has played a leadership role in four platform investments, including Penta Fine Ingredients, Gillson Sciences, Precision Point Metrics and StartKleen, as well as several add-on acquisitions since joining the firm. Prior to 2024, Matt had spent fifteen years with JZ Partners/Jordan Industries, a lower middle market private equity firm. (“PEAK”), an integrator of automated identification/data capture (“AIDC”) technologies into supply chain environments, was acquired on October 31, 2011 from an affiliate of Platinum Equity. Less than two months later, Keystone partnered with management to acquire Babcock Eagleton, a pipeline and transmission facilities engineering firm serving the energy industry, from Babcock International Group PLC and renamed the firm Eagleton Engineering, LLC (“Eagleton”).
